Planning, Designing, and Building

Choosing a home extension contractor is an important decision. We start by understanding your property and what you’d like to accomplish. Depending on the existing structure, options may include converting an attic, adding a bonus room over the garage, or extending the house. We help you determine which approach makes sense for your needs and budget.

Green Coast Living brings planning, design, and construction together, coordinating the drawings, engineering, and permits your project requires. We work with local building departments and guide you through decisions about the layout and how the new rooms connect with the rest of your home.

High-Quality Materials

At Green Coast Living, we select quality materials with durability and performance in mind. We help you understand your options and make choices that suit your budget and hold up to Gulf Coast conditions.

Along with durability, we consider how your addition will look. We take the time to choose the right finishes, colors, hardware, and other details to complement what’s already there.

We Stand Behind Our Work

Green Coast Living provides a warranty on every project. If a covered issue comes up after your addition is complete, just give us a call.

Before construction begins, we review the project scope, estimated cost, and what is included. Material selections, changes in scope, or conditions discovered during construction can affect the overall price. If an adjustment is needed, we explain the change and its cost before the related work begins, so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

Experience You Can Count On

Adding onto your home is a big commitment, especially when you’re living there during construction. You’re investing a substantial amount of money and trusting us to open up and change the place where your family lives. We take that responsibility seriously.
